Table View
Report X provides two hierarchical view modes for work items:
Table View
The table view includes rich column customization features.
Default Columns
By default, the following Jira fields are selected in the table view:
Hierarchy Column – “Issue”
Summary
Assignee
Status
Priority
Description
Creator
Created
Hierarchy Column – “Issue”
Contains the work item key (Issue Key) and work type (Issue Type).
Displays the hierarchy in the table view with expand/collapse functionality.
Always frozen — cannot be unfrozen.
Non-removable — cannot be deleted from the table.
Non-reorderable — its position is fixed.
Add & Remove Columns
Report X allows you to quickly add or remove Jira fields as columns in the table view.
How to Add Columns
Hover over any column header.
Click the three-dot menu icon.
Select Add Column.
In the dropdown:
Use the search box to find fields quickly.
Browse the list of all available Jira fields.
Use Clear All to deselect all fields.
Select the desired Jira field(s).
The selected column will be added to the right of the column where you opened the menu.
Unsupported Jira Fields
The following Jira fields are not supported in Report X:
attachment
timetracking
statusCategory
worklog
comment
thumbnail

How to Remove Columns
Hover over the column header and click the three-dot menu.
Select Remove Column.
To remove multiple columns:
Deselect them in the Add Column dropdown.
Or click Clear All to remove all non-default columns at once.
Maximum of 30 columns (including default ones) can be added to the table.
Freeze & Unfreeze Columns
Freezing a column keeps it fixed in place while horizontally scrolling the table.
Freezing a Column
Hover over the column header.
Click the three-dot menu.
Select Freeze Column.
The frozen column is moved next to the previously frozen columns (after the “Issue” column).
You can freeze up to 3 columns (excluding the fixed “Issue” column).
Frozen columns cannot be reordered.
Unfreezing a Column
Open the same menu where you froze the column.
Click Unfreeze Column.
The column moves back to its position after the last frozen column.
Removing a frozen column automatically unfreezes it.
Column Reordering
You can drag & drop any non-frozen column to change its position.
Frozen columns maintain their fixed order and cannot be moved.
Column Resizing
Hover over the right edge of the column header.
The cursor will change to the resize handle, and the resize bar will highlight.
Drag to adjust the width as needed.
Expand & Collapse All Hierarchy
Expand All:
Located in the top navigation toolbar.
Expands all hierarchy levels for each work item .
only one level hierarchy is expanded when user try to expand all hierarchy by Expand All button(for performance optimization).
Collapse All:
Located in the top navigation toolbar.
Collapses the hierarchy for all work items.
