"Great product and great support...! We wanted a JIRA integrated requirements management tool that provided traceability and reporting throughout the development and test cycle and RMsis gave us exactly what we wanted. Some might think the UI is a bit 'spreadsheety', but in our organisation, this was actually a benefit providing familiarity for our users to begin using it with. We have made good use of the API and now have our automated tests updating RMsis giving us complete lifecycle tracking. Also for us, the fact it uses it own standalone database and doesn't follow the standard JIRA user license model, made procurement in a large organisation like ours. much easier.
