CustomID Home

The CustomID Home page provides users with a dashboard from where they can create new custom ID patterns, overview the last saved pattern, and generate custom IDs based on the currently saved pattern.

Details of Components

• Pattern Creation & Generate: Create Custom ID patterns using unique placeholders, e.g. (PROJ-%PK%-%PI%-%IT%), after creation of a unique pattern, users can save their pattern. Saved patterns can then be used to generate CustomID for all issues in the projects.

  

• List of Sample Patterns: CustomID App provides a list of prebuilt patterns to let you get started on generating custom IDs straight out of the box; users can even use these prebuilt patterns to build their own custom patterns on top of them.

  

• List of Placeholders Descriptions: CustomID App also provides a quick list of all available placeholders along with their descriptions for users understanding of what value the placeholder is assigned to.
