Overview

The Reports tab provides an interactive visualization of contracts, requirements, and negotiations.

This section transforms data into insights, enabling teams to track progress, monitor statuses, and make informed decisions at a glance within a tab-based interface.

Key Visualizations

👉 Burndown Chart

• Tracks the progress of requirements over time.

• Helps visualize how quickly requirements are being resolved versus added.

• Useful for forecasting project completion.

👉Requirement Status Chart

• Displays the distribution of requirements by status (Open, In Progress, Completed).

• Represented as a doughnut chart for quick status insights.

👉 Negotiation Status Chart

• Visualizes the current state of negotiations linked to the contract.

• Offers a clear understanding of how negotiations are progressing.

Interactive Capabilities

• Hover over chart segments to see detailed data points.

• Export charts as PNG for reporting and sharing.

• Charts update dynamically when contract or requirement data changes.

How It Works

1. Select a contract to load its visual analytics.

2. Switch to the Reports tab to access interactive charts.

3. Hover over chart elements to explore detailed metrics.

4. Optionally, export charts for offline reporting.
