Improved contract details view with field customization

This Pact release brings UI improvements and more control over contract details.

1. Customizable Contract Details Section
   Users can now tailor the Contract Details view using a multi-select dropdown:

• Field Selection: Choose which Jira fields to display.

• Reorder Fields: Adjust the display order with drag-and-drop functionality.

• Remove Fields: Quickly remove unwanted fields from the view.

1. Configuration Persistence
   All field selections and arrangements are now saved as user-specific preferences, so your custom layout stays intact across sessions.
