Sync Settings
Sync Settings control the automated sync behavior for a binding — specifically whether the connector pushes data to Salesforce automatically on every Jira issue update, and whether it creates Salesforce records automatically when matching Jira issues are created.
Open Sync Settings from the binding editor's Sync Settings tab.

Auto-Push
When Auto-Push is enabled, the connector listens for Jira issue update events (avi:jira:updated:issue) and automatically pushes mapped field values to the linked Salesforce record — no manual action needed.
Auto-Push is enabled by default for new bindings. Disable it if you want your team to push manually using the Push button in the issue panel.

Auto-Create
When Auto-Create is enabled, the connector listens for Jira issue creation events (avi:jira:created:issue). If the new issue's type matches an entity mapping in this binding and no Salesforce record is already linked, the connector automatically creates a new Salesforce record and links it to the issue.
Auto-Create is disabled by default. Enable it when you want every new Jira issue of a matching type to immediately have a corresponding Salesforce record — for example, automatically creating a Case for every new Bug in a support project.
Saving Settings
Click Save Settings after making changes. Settings take effect immediately for new events — in-progress operations are not affected.
