Working With the Best in the World

Organizations worldwide rely on Optimizory apps to run their work inside Jira.

How it works

From Jira work item to signed contract, without leaving Jira.

Draft from a template, send from the work item and get the signed PDF back on it. No more chasing signatures across email, a signing tool and shared drives.

Dashboard

See every active contract status in one dashboard.

E-SignSeal shows every active contract, signer status and pending action in one Jira-native dashboard, so legal ops gets a live view without switching tools.

  • KPI cards for active, completed, expiring and declined contracts
  • Median cycle time, broken down by template
  • Bottleneck signers ranked by how long they take to sign
  • Needs-attention list and a live feed of recent signing activity

Contract lifecycle

Execute contracts start to finish inside Jira.

Invite, route, sign and finalize without leaving the Jira work item. Each contract shows every signer's status, from invite sent to signed PDF attached.

  • Start from a reusable template that fills in Jira fields automatically
  • All signers are notified at once and sign in any order
  • Automatic reminders and expiry dates, plus manual nudges
  • Signed PDF attached to the work item the moment the last signature lands

Signing

OTP-verified signing.

Every signer confirms their identity with a 6-digit one-time code sent to their Jira email. The signed PDF attaches to the linked work item, with a timestamp and document hash recorded in the audit trail.

  • One-time code valid for 5 minutes, with 3 attempts per session
  • Consent only after scrolling to the end of the document
  • Draw or type a signature in the browser
  • Signing certificate with a SHA-256 fingerprint, plus an audit log you can export as CSV

Customer success stories

Trusted by teams using Optimizory apps

What customers say about our Jira apps and support on the Atlassian Marketplace.

Links Explorer

“This app is easy to view the Link relationships between Jira work items, especially the traceability report. I like this app design.”

Yong YangAtlassian Solution Consultant, Hangzhou Cloze Technology
Links Explorer

“Sent a request in for support and it was solved within hours, great product.”

David StoddardSenior Project Manager, L3Harris
RMsis

“The Optimizory support team were superb in providing us with prompt and helpful responses to our request for support (despite the time zone difference)!”

Zayn FojdarMultidisciplinary Scrum Master, Ultra Maritime
Links Explorer

“Being able to see up and down the chain of linked tickets has helped our users keep better track of their data relationship. Being able to easily jump to related tickets that are removed by 3 layers is so helpful. The tech support is amazing, they make sure you are taken care of.”

Links Explorer

“Managing large or complex projects in Jira can be overwhelming. Links Explorer helped us to break down complex projects into several manageable chunks specially the tree view, which makes it easy to identify dependencies and potential bottlenecks, leading us to improve our efficiency and project delivery.”

Ankit NegiSoftware Engineer, Suzuki Digital Private Limited
Links Explorer

“Vendor's support works very well - colleagues were keen to debug the issue in few live sessions (despite the fact that it seemed to be instance-specific issue) and to prepare improved plugin version that is proofed from further issues of that kind. Big thanks!”

Stanisław BiałowąsLinks Explorer customer
RMsis

“This is a very great product, engaged with JIRA closely, we can track the whole life cycle from requirement input, finalized to PRD, design tasks to implement it, test cases to verify, everyone in project can get a clear picture for the current status of requirement. Another important thing is the prompt and great technical support, really appreciate their professional support knowledge and skill, a quick and direct debug way via remote session is very helpful to resolve field issues, not only for one-time, each support is prompt and great!!”

Eason WangRMsis customer
RMsis

“This is a great product. We have over 70 users registered and live requirements data is also available online (intranet) using Confluence and JIRA. Projects with several thousand requirements are handled with ease. I started with v1.7.8 in 2014, having used early DOORS versions before that. All feature requests and bug reports have been received with enthusiasm by the technical support team and responded to promptly. I feel privileged to have contributed to its development. The spreadsheet-style presentation of data helps to make the user interface intuitive. Editing single requirements and sets is straightforward with useful bulk operations. For requirements analysis, maximum use is made of selectable field types for easy manipulation and review.”

Richard CurtisRMsis customer
RMsis

“Great product and great support...! We wanted a JIRA integrated requirements management tool that provided traceability and reporting throughout the development and test cycle and RMsis gave us exactly what we wanted. Some might think the UI is a bit 'spreadsheety', but in our organisation, this was actually a benefit providing familiarity for our users to begin using it with. We have made good use of the API and now have our automated tests updating RMsis giving us complete lifecycle tracking. Also for us, the fact it uses it own standalone database and doesn't follow the standard JIRA user license model, made procurement in a large organisation like ours much easier. We intend to use it on more projects in the near future.... Well done team, keep up the good work..!”

Simon OfficerRMsis customer
RMsis

“simply a great plugin + requirements great - even larger amounts (2000+) are handled smoothly + requirements great - create your own custom fields + quality great - I have not found a bug after two month + support wonderful - quick reply with all information, no email ping pong with typical nonsense questions - downside, more rich text options in requirement explanation would be great - downside, test cases have potential (link to versions and input) Great plugin, I would recommend it”

lesswire GmbHRMsis customer
RMsis

“I love this plugin. Installation is very easy, configuration is so simple and traceability is now well done with requirements, issue and test case. Some things are missed yet but Optimizory Technologies is very open and they answer everytime I suggested a feature, an improvement or a bug...and it's so nice to see our suggestions in a release.”

Mickael ThieventRMsis customer

“Really nice product - especially like the reports on the project page.”

FAQ

E-SignSeal is a Forge-native e-signature app for Jira Cloud. You send a contract from a reusable template, signers verify and sign inside Atlassian, and the sealed PDF is attached to the linked Jira work item automatically. See What is E-SignSeal?.

Yes. In the current version every signer must be a Jira user on your site, and you add them from your Jira user directory. Signing by external email address is not supported yet. See Sending a contract.

Before signing, each signer enters a 6-digit one-time code sent to their Jira-registered email. The code is valid for 5 minutes, with 3 attempts per session, and every attempt is recorded in the audit trail. See Verifying your identity.

Signing is parallel: all signers are notified at the same time and can sign in any order. Sequential signing is not available in the current version. See the release notes.

E-SignSeal generates the sealed PDF with every signature and a signing certificate as the last page, attaches it to the linked Jira work item and marks the contract Completed. The certificate includes a SHA-256 fingerprint of the document. See Audit trail and signing certificate.

Everything is stored in Atlassian Forge Storage, in the same region as your Jira site. Nothing is sent to Optimizory or any third party. The signed PDF is a normal Jira attachment, so your existing Jira permissions apply. See Data handling and privacy.

Yes. Insert merge fields such as Summary, Assignee, Due Date or any custom field, and they fill in from the linked work item when the contract is sent. See Jira merge fields.

Jira administrators are Workspace Admins automatically. Admins assign the Template Manager and Sender roles to Jira users or groups, and anyone added to a contract can sign it. See Roles and permissions.

If a signer declines, the sender is notified straight away and can revise and resend the contract. Contracts expire after a period you choose (30 days by default, up to 365), and automatic reminders go out every 24 hours until then. See Declining a contract and Revising a declined contract.

E-SignSeal is free for up to 10 users. Above that it is billed per user through Atlassian, starting at $0.82 per user per month, and gets cheaper as your team grows. Every team size gets a 30-day free trial. See the pricing section.

Your contracts should close inside Jira. Not beside it.

Install E-SignSeal from the Atlassian Marketplace and send your first contract from a Jira work item today. Signing data never leaves Atlassian.
